A member of the Australian cheer squad the Fanatics has been identified as the culprit in the fire alarm activation in the hotel in which the English team was staying in the early hours of Day 1 of the 4th Ashes Test.England scored 102 in their first innings.

P.S. Nice to see the culprit identified for once - this is not a new prank and a common one played on Australian sporting teams touring England for many years.
